Hi! We are available every day of the week from 9 AM to 6 PM to assist you with anything you need.

If you need to reach us outside of these hours, just send a WhatsApp message to the same number or email us at contato@casajardimstudios.com.

When you make your reservation online, we will contact you as soon as possible to ensure everything is perfect for your stay and check-in.

We require an additional fee of R$500 via PIX as a security deposit for the property’s belongings, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.

Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved property becomes unavailable, we will offer you a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in Time: from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Please inform us of your arrival time and provide your contact number so we can organize your check-in. On the day of check-in, send a message to our check-in department (available 24/7) at +55 11 97280-1763, at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the property.

If you arrive before 2 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office during business hours. If the apartment is available and you would like to ensure an early check-in, we can arrange it between 6 AM and 2 PM for a fee of 50% of the daily rent, paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM, the rent for the previous day will be charged.

Check-out Time: until 10 AM.

After check-out, you can store your luggage at our office during business hours.

If the studio is not rented on the following day and you wish to leave between 10 AM and 2 PM, we charge a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent, which must be paid via PIX before 10 AM.

For check-outs after 2 PM, the rent for the next day will be charged.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will also be no refund of rent or deposit if you decide to leave the apartment before the end of your stay.

Casa Jardim Studios reserves the right to terminate the rental contract immediately, without refunding any paid amounts, if any of the following occur: exceeding the maximum number of occupants defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood peace, violation of condominium rules, parties, use of illegal drugs, pets without permission, or failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

You will be responsible for the rented property and any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. All must comply with condominium regulations.
